These conditions govern purchases from our official online shop and your use of this website.
1. Welcome
These Terms apply to your access to thewhiskygame.com and to every product ordered through our shop. Please read them before ordering. By placing an order and confirming acceptance at checkout, you agree to be bound by them.

4. Information about you
We process personal information respectfully and lawfully. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, how it is used and your rights.
5. Using the site
You may browse and order without creating an account. You must be at least 18 and legally capable of entering a binding agreement. Information supplied with an order must be accurate and kept current.
6. Your right to use the site
The site and its content belong to us or our licensors. You may use them only for personal use in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, sell, modify or obtain unpublished source code, except where law expressly permits it.
7. Ordering products
Add products to the cart, provide delivery details, choose shipping, review the total, accept these Terms and authorise payment. You can correct details before payment. An order is accepted only when we send confirmation. Placing an order creates an obligation to pay.
8. Age-restricted product sales
Where a product is age-restricted, we may require proof of age and refuse delivery if suitable identification is not provided.
9. Availability
Orders depend on stock and production availability. If an item is unavailable or delayed, we will notify you. If supply is impossible after payment, we will refund the full amount without undue delay.
10. Product images and dimensions
Images are illustrative; screens and printed materials may show colours differently. Measurements, weights and dimensions are approximate and may vary slightly.
11. Changes to products
We may make minor changes required by law or to improve a product without affecting normal use. We will notify you of significant changes before delivery and explain your cancellation options.
12. Product prices
The price shown at checkout applies and includes applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery is added separately. We may correct obvious pricing errors and will contact you before dispatch if the correct price is higher.
13. How to pay
Available payment methods are shown at checkout and processed securely by Stripe. You confirm that the payment details are valid. We may cancel an order if payment cannot be collected.
14. Delivery
We provide an estimated delivery time and aim to deliver within 30 calendar days after accepting the order. Delays outside our reasonable control may occur. Delivery is completed at the address supplied, and tracking is sent where available.
15. Ownership and responsibility
Ownership passes to you after we receive full payment, including delivery charges. You become responsible for the products upon delivery.
16. Cancellation, returns and refunds
Consumers may withdraw within 14 days after delivery without giving a reason, subject to applicable law. Tell us clearly by email, then return the product undamaged and complete. Unless defective or agreed otherwise, return postage is paid by you. We refund eligible payments within 14 days of receiving the return or proof of dispatch, using the original payment method.
17. Your responsibilities
Use products lawfully, safely and with reasonable care, following all supplied instructions. You are responsible for consequences of improper use.
18. Our responsibility for products
We must supply products matching their description, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. Statutory rights for defective or misdescribed goods remain unaffected. Remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund under applicable law.
19. Our responsibility generally
We take reasonable care to keep the site accurate and available but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer rights. Products are for private use; we are not liable for business losses.
20. User content
If the site allows reviews or other public submissions, you retain ownership but grant us a non-exclusive right to display and adapt them for operating and promoting the site. You must own the necessary rights and comply with these Terms.
21. Acceptable use
Do not bypass security, impersonate others, publish unlawful or harmful content, advertise without permission, disrupt the site, introduce malware, scrape data unlawfully or overload the service with automated requests. We may remove content, restrict access and take legal action for breaches.
22. Notice and takedown
To report content that infringes rights or these rules, email us your contact details, a clear explanation and a link or other identification of the content. We will assess the notice and respond within a reasonable time.
23. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events reasonably outside our control, such as natural disasters, severe weather, war, terrorism, labour disputes or government action.
24. Resolving disputes
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a complaint informally. Consumers may use available mediation or alternative dispute-resolution bodies. This does not limit statutory rights or access to courts.
25. Documents governing our relationship
These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the written agreement concerning your purchase and use of the site. Each clause operates separately; if one is unenforceable, the others remain effective. Delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver.
26. Updating these terms
We may update these Terms for business, legal, payment or site changes. Significant changes will be communicated where required. The version accepted when you ordered continues to govern that order.
27. Third-party rights
The contract is between you and us. No other person may enforce it unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
28. Transfer of our rights
We may transfer our rights and duties to another organisation, provided your rights are not reduced. We will notify you where required.
29. Law and jurisdiction
EEA consumers retain the mandatory law and courts of their country of residence. For customers outside the EEA, United Kingdom and United States, Czech law applies and Czech courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without limiting mandatory local consumer rights.
